At the French Centre for Language and Cultural Studies, apart from our Language and Culture courses, we offer short Cultural courses - consisting generally of one meeting per week, over five weeks, throughout the year.

The courses are conducted in English, with a sprinkling of French, and are ideal for all those who want to explore the wonderful corners of France, together with aspects of its music, cinema, cuisine, and art, and are not necessarily students of the French language, or French speakers.

An enrolment to one of our cultural courses makes for a wonderful gift for friends and family in love with France.

Our Cultural Courses for 2008 will include a look at the life and films of one of France's most acclaimed, and sadly missed, movie directors, François Truffaut (in March), a "visit" to Versailles (in May), and we will "visit" Le musée du Louvre (in July).

• Cultural Courses are 5 weeks in duration and include one 2.5 hour meeting per week.

• Each meeting includes a 10 minute coffee break.
